David Daniel Moucharfiech Parra

Founding partner of the Law Office Moucharfiech Abogados.

Law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), 2003. Specialization in Tax Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), 2009. Graduate of the Advanced Management Program (PAG) from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA), 2010. Master’s in Law with an emphasis in International Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2016.

Member of the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law. Member of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association (AVA). Member of the Legal Committee of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Industry and Commerce (VENAMCHAM – Zulia). Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Maracaibo, 2019. Guest Professor in the Taxation Program (Specialization) at La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ). Professor of Civil Practices at La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), 2015. Author of works published in the Yearbook of Public Law of Universidad Monteávila, the Venezuelan Tax Law Journal (AVDT), and opinion articles in El Universal Newspaper. Awarded UCAB Student of the Year, 2003.
